Happy Planner 2016-2017 Review

As many who have been following me here on my blog, or Instagram  the knowledge of my love for the HAPPY PLANNER is real. I been really dying to get a new on, knowing that the 2015-2016 one does not end til December of 2016.  I decided to go ahead and by a new one. I was kind of sad cause the price went up on the planner (It was 24.99) which is now 29.99+ tax of course. Luckily I was raised on saving money and love COUPONS (lol) I used my Hobby lobby 40% off coupon which made it out to be 17.99 which was not too bad in my eyes, even though if I would have traveled to Michael’s in TX I could have bought so much more .. next time ..

I do not know if I am the only one who has trouble choosing things when there is more then one option. I think all the New Happy Planners are beautiful, I am still not big on PINK and most of the New ones had PINK all over.I chose the least pink one which is called  Sugar & Type. It has cool tons more blues and mint greens then Pinks .

I love the  contrast in  colors from cover to cover. I love the fonts they chose for this one as well as the color combos. The hint of black between each color selection is done very nicely. I love how they paid close attention to the details and made the pages no so un-themed.  Compared to my first one I really love this one a little more better because of the fact that this one is more clean. I chose the planner due to the quote of the cover. It reminds me of the first one I had. I love the black and white with the Gold foil just pretty simple. Less is More.. and I thought the other ones had way too much going on their covers .They don’t show the picture of the mission board .. I took one, it is pretty awesome!

  1. I love your Happy Planner. I bought the “hello life” version for two reasons 1) I’m in graduate school and will be starting my career so I was looking for a planner that was cute yet still professional enough. 2) When I plan, I categorize. The Hello Life has the open box space at the top for me to write in different things whenever I need to which I love. 3) Less pink. Like you, I’m not a huge pink fan. Although the pink that is used in this version is tolerable and of course I love the yellows, blues, and other colors. This is my first HP so I’m sure I will end up like you–super in love.
